In FAQ | Pole Fitness
Question #1: What is Pole Fitness?
It is a type of pole dancing with technique and a variety of conditioning and stretching exercises on and off the pole in order to gain strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility resulting in toned muscles and a beautifully defined physique, strong core and an improved posture.
Question #2: What is a typical class like?
All classes share a common structure, consisting of a warm up, conditioning exercises on and off the pole, learning pole dance and some other additional activities (e.g. Circuits, "Carousel", learning small sequences and choreographies etc.), we then finish with stretching and a cooldown.
Question #3: How much do group classes cost?
There are a few options available to purchase a class pass (class credit) online.
If you are new to our studio, you are most welcome to avail a Trial Class Pass with 40% discount to join your first session of your choice.
We also have a loyalty program in place WI Stars where for each euro spent for classes when paying online a WI star is automatically added to your account. At your convenience you may claim a 10% discount code for any future purchase in exchange for 100 WI Stars.
To check your WI Star balance and for the option to claim a discount code, you are welcome to check My Rewards section in browser or Loyalty tab in the Spaces app (Android / iOS: invite code YUMG3).
NOTE:
Class Cards are used for any 4 sessions and must be used within 3 month. It is non-transferable and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Pay As You Go is valid for any group session within 12 months, Trial Class Pass is valid for 6 months for any group session, both plans are non-transferable and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Outstanding situations where refund may be necessary due to legal or other reasons are resolved on case by case basis.
Question #4: I've lost my Booking and/or purchased Class passes. What do I do?
As all purchases and bookings are going through the Wix Booking system, nothing is lost. Whenever a purchase is made, a session booked or amended, you will always receive a confirmation to your e-mail you have used for the account registration.
If you cannot see your booking or purchased class passes in Spaces app and/or web browser, please, log out and ensure that you are using correct email address or linked account (Facebook, Apple or Google).
!!! Please note that you should be using the same Log In option as you used for Sign Up process.
E.g. If you used Continue with Google, you should press respective button on the right (image below). If you used an option to register with an email and a password, you should use the option on the left (image below) even if it is the same e-mail you are using for a Google, Facebook or Apple account.
Question #5: What time and days are the classes on?
Generally we have the following schedule (please make sure to check an updated Class Schedule here).
More classes, for example, Pole Focus, Stretching & Conditioning, Off Pole Practice, are added to the schedule and announced on our social media platforms and Spaces app notifications.
Question #6: How to book as class? Do I need to book every time?
Due to a limited number of spaces in the class booking indeed is necessary for every class you wish to attend. You can book a class via our booking system here or via Spaces app (Android / iOS: invite code YUMG3)
There are no restrictions how early you should book a class, although earlier booking (2-5 days in advance) would ensure your spot in the class.
Question #7: I have booked a class, but I can't attend it. What should I do?
If you cannot attend the class booked earlier, it is possible to reschedule or cancel that session up to 3h before the start of the class:
1) In web browser >> My Bookings
2) In Spaces app (Android / iOS: invite code YUMG3) >> My Profile > Bookings
In case of a cancellation, used class credit will automatically return to your account to be used for another booking.
If the booking wasn't cancelled or rescheduled up to 6h before the class (or 48h before the course start date) that was missed, used class credit will not be returned. Thank you for understanding!
Question #8: What should I wear and what should I bring with me?
A tank top and a pair of shorts would be the best option for training as we need a lot of elements require bare skin contact with the surface of a pole.
Also it is advisable to bring a bottle of water and small sweat towel, otherwise, you are welcome to use filtered water and tissues provided. It is also advisable not to use any hand creams or body lotions (particularly oil based) on the day to prevent slipping.

We have only mixed level group classes, therefore, those are suitable for any level. However, we do work in groups according to the following guidelines.

Learn new ones and gain more control and strength in your body.

We use one of the world leading brands poles - X-Poles. At the moment we have three X-Pert Chrome 40mm (spinning) and three X-Pert Chrome 45mm (spinning) poles.

You can find additional information on the moves in our W.I. Groups, as well as Instagram | Telegram | Facebook | Pinterest, or YouTube.

You could have a small snack (couple of nuts or dried fruit, an apple or any other alike food) 15-30 minutes before the class. However, it is not recommended to have a meal later than 2 hours before the class.
Question #16: I saw pictures of the current students on this website and social media. Am I going to be photographed as well?
Pictures are taken on your request and ONLY with the student's permission and are sent via email for personal use. After sending the pictures to the owner, all data is permanently deleted, leaving the owner with the only copy.
IMPORTANT: No pictures are published on social networks or other internet pages (like Facebook or Instagram etc.) without students' authorization!
