🩷 EASY QUADS STRETCH 🩷


This incredible group of muscles is one among the 💪strongest in our bodies. Yet those muscles need some love and care, which often are forgotten.


A little stretch can go a long way, improving:


🌱 Crossed Arm Embrace + Long arm Flag


➡️ Here is a Crossed arm embrace with the crab grip (can be done with classical hand grip).


➡️ Long Arm Flag from the Bad Kitty Hold pose

🌿 Bad Kitty Hold + Peter Pan Variations Combo


Also adding a "baby" version of the Emotion Catcher in the end. With this move it is important to twist into the pole having a contact of your back with the pole. Back leg can be quite low at this stage (up to 90 degrees).
