Service Description
Whether you would like to increase your flexibility to learn a new Pole trick or just to loosen those tired muscles, you are welcome to join our stretching class to work on muscle flexibility, joint mobility, start working on those splits and gentle backbends. Learn exercises to do at your own pace for post-training recovery, express evening stretch for better sleep quality and relaxation, releasing neck and shoulder tension during the day. This course is focused on improving splits and general joint mobility to allow wider range and freedom of movement. No previous experience or skills required, all levels welcome as the class program is adjust to each student individually.

IMPORTANT || Cancellation Policy for Courses || Please note that booked course may be cancelled no later than <72h> prior the start of the first class with the full course cost refund. If a student cannot attend booked course sessions after the starting date, unattended sessions will <not> be refunded.
