🌸 Explained: Stag > Twisted Star 🌸



  1. Make sure that on the climb you have the pole close to your knees to be able to squat.

  2. ‼️ Do NOT put your inner hand on the pole, it will prevent your body from twisting. Don't use that hand at all or put it on your ankle.

  3. Look up and catch the pole with your outer hand.

  4. Lie down on the pole with your back that will allow to push your elbow past the pole.

  5. To go into the Twisted star release limbs in a circle one by one IF you are skipping the Stag: back leg, front leg, inner hand, outer hand.

  6. Push into the pole arching your back and pushing your chest out. Mind your head position.
